By making a purchase in our shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated below:PLACING ORDERS:
Before placing an order, you must be absolutely sure of your intention to purchase. We strictly do not allow order cancellations.Order cancellation and refund requests will not be entertained if the buyer changes their mind. However, if an item is out of stock, we will promptly notify you. In such cases, the buyer has the option to wait for restocking, change the item, or request a refund.PROCESS OF PAYMENTS:
We accept down payments. However, we reserve the right to decline down payments from new customers or suspicious accounts.
- Failure to pay the down payment for reserved items will result in being labeled as a "Joyjoy buyer" or "Bugos buyer." We will blacklist you from our shop and publicly post your behavior to raise awareness.
- Failure to pay the remaining balance by the given date will result in forfeiture of your slot and no refund will be provided.
- Payment must be settled on or before 11:59 pm of the stated deadline of payment (DOP). Excess payments will not be refunded, so please ensure to pay the exact amount only.

CANCELLATION OF TRANSACTIONS:
We have the right to cancel orders and withhold refunds if the buyer breaches any of the following conditions. In such cases, we may also publicly label you as a "Bugos buyer" to inform other shops.1. Buyers presenting fake receipts.
2. Impatient and rude buyers displaying unacceptable behavior, such as sarcastic responses, defaming the shop and admins, or treating admins with rudeness or impatience.
3. Reservers/Bugos buyers who place orders through direct messages or submit an order confirmation form but fail to make payment or settle outstanding balances within the given time frame.
4. If other shops have labeled you as a "Bugos buyer."
5. Rush orders are not accepted.DAMAGED ITEMS AND MANUFACTURING DEFECTS:
We will not be held liable for any potential or undetected defects in sealed products. We will send photos of the items before they are shipped to your address.
We will also not be held liable for any loss, damages, delays, force majeure events, or acts of government authority caused by the courier. In the event that your item/s are damaged during shipment, please file a complaint directly with the courier company.VIDEO PACKAGING IS AVAILABLE FOR THOSE WHO HAVE 5 ORDERS AND UP!RETURNS AND DAMAGES:To file a claim for item damage, please provide us with an unboxing video as proof that you received the item in a damaged condition. Damage claims will not be honored if the video is not provided.We reserve the right to assess the damage first before agreeing to a full refund or partial refund request.

Packaging fee is free and includes bubble wrap and pouch. If you want to add boxes, please refer to the following rates:

15 - medium (can fit 1-20 pcs & postcard)
25 - large (can fit 20 or more pcs and albums)
